PICPA Vancouver Canada is a non-profit association duly registered and governed under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. It is an affiliated chapter of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) based in Manila, Philippines.

PICPA Vancouver Canada is also a member of the PICPA International Affiliate Council of USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.
